Our system calculates and adjusts the schedule on a weekly basis according to the actual training that runners can perform.
We have two types of plans:
- Fixed Plan: This plan is rigid and cannot be adjusted. However, it can be used for practice and development. It may require more discipline in sticking to the prescribed training. (This schedule does not have any cost associated with it.)
- Dynamic Plan: This plan is adjustable and more intensive. It adapts the training plan according to the actual training that each runner can perform. For example, if a week’s training cannot be completed as planned, the system will adjust the intensity to prevent injuries for that particular runner. (This schedule has associated costs. Runners can choose and purchase the desired schedule and enter the code to access the schedule.)
For recording running data, runners should record the entire duration of their run. They should start the timer before the warm-up and stop it after the cool-down. This means recording the full duration of the run. If there is a short break for water or any other reason, there is no need to pause the timer.
For our goal setting, we don’t set specific finishing times such as Sub2 or Sub4 (less than 2 hours, less than 4 hours). Instead, we focus on gradually improving from each runner’s existing fitness level. There will be evaluations to determine achievable time targets after the testing week. Our schedules are designed to develop athletes from their current fitness level, serving as a starting point. We do not set the desired time as the starting point. One advantage of this approach is that it reduces the risk of pushing oneself too hard or too quickly, which can lead to injuries. It also ensures a smoother progression in training. Ultimately, if we do not set strict limits on the body’s development, there is a chance that the results achieved at the end of the schedule may surpass the initial expectations.
